Bad Rock B&B Accommodation Policy
- Holiday rates may apply Oct-May
- Rates shown are per night double occupancy
- Extra adult $15
- Children under 2 are free
- Children 2-17 $10
- Roll away bed is $20 per night on double occupancy only
- Bad Rock B&B is reserved for non-smoking guests. Guests who violate this policy will be charged $250 cleaning fee.
- Rate subject to change without notice
- Rates do not include 7% MT lodging tax
- Check in 3-7pm
- Early or late check in by special appointment only
- Check out 11am

All rooms have private baths, air conditioning, heaters, hair dryers and telephones.

Deposit
Reservations require a non-refundable full deposit for two night stays or a 50% deposit for three or more night stays, by check or credit card. The balance of the stay will be charged fourteen days prior to arrival. Reservations are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Bad Rock B&B. All efforts are made to confirm reservations within 24 hours of request.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. We recommend you insure your visit with a reputable travel insurance company.
Pet Policy
Although we do not allow visiting dogs to stay in our home or cabins, there is a local kennel only three miles away. Triple R Kennels is owned and run by a real dog lover and breeder, Roy Radabah. He is sure to treat your dog as his own.
